<p> I can tell you now that&#8217;s not physically possible. Everybody can lose weight. You just haven&#8217;t found the right system for you just yet.</p>
<p> I once believed I couldn&#8217;t lose weight but then I was given an almighty wake up call by mother nature.</p>
<p> I was carrying around 15 pounds too much for most of my adult life when I got type two diabetes at twenty seven. Talk about a shock.</p>
<p> I haven&#8217;t a clue how it all works but getting it made me realise my life now depends on being serious about losing some excess fat.</p>
<p> I like systems, things that can be put into lists of little tasks. So I figured I should get a weight loss system that works like this.</p>
<p> A system is merely a set of rules you follow that should always bring you to the same end result. In your case here, getting your desired body.</p>
<p> Systems are everywhere. Giant fast food chains are built on systems, it&#8217;s easy to train teenagers with step by step systems. Why not use a system then in our weight loss battle?</p>
<p> I&#8217;m a bit shy to admit just how much money I&#8217;ve wasted on crap diet products and gotten absolutely nowhere with them. Maybe by copying what I do you can save a lot of money and cut right to success.</p>
<p> I eventually discovered a system that works great for me. I can plan my day, then simply follow the daily steps and know I&#8217;m on the right track.</p>
<p> I can use a computer generated meal planner that I know will allow me to eat decent food and best of all, decent size portions. No hassle and no hunger.</p>
<p> You wouldn&#8217;t believe (or maybe you would) the stress it used to cause me just trying to work out what I could safely eat. Not any more! Push button planning for me, and I love it.</p>
<p> If you actually believe that you can&#8217;t <a href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info?tid=manwiz"target="_blank"  onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.diet.hasallthe.info?tid=manwiz');">lose weight</a> maybe it&#8217;s time to try a system like mine. It&#8217;s a no stress join the dots kinda thing. You&#8217;ve got nothing to lose but a bit of fat.</p>

<p> Why we call those chubby lumps at our sides &#8216;love handles&#8217; is a mystery to me. There&#8217;s not a lot to love about them.</p>
<p> Love handles are actually &#8216;oblique muscles&#8217; or &#8216;obliques&#8217;, named for the fact they sit at an angle at our sides. Oblique actually means &#8216;at an angle&#8217;.</p>
<p> The majority of advice in the fitness game will be garbage like - eat healthily, balanced diet, exercise regularly - that sort of thing.</p>
<p> We <strong>know</strong> what we <strong>should</strong> do but we need to get rid of these love handles the easy way, without the hard work. Is there a way?</p>
<p> Well, let me say this, yes it&#8217;s possible to eat like you are now and lose your love handles but it will take an enormous amount of work.</p>
<p> Your biggest problem is that while you exercise your love handles off, with hard time in the gym. Today’s junk food is travelling merrily to your waist. </p>
<p> If, and I say then tentatively, if you were to cut the crap food out you will find you can do far less exercise to maintain a great body.</p>
<p> It&#8217;s all about trade-off. How bad do you want to get rid of your love handles? Bad enough to change your lifestyle?</p>
<p> Or will you choose to work much harder and still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.</p>
<p> Example exercises for love handles are side bends. If you eat like you do now you may need to do a couple hundred of these a day to  <strong>stay as you are.</strong> Or make the lifestyle change and only need to do fifty to <strong>get rid of the love handles</strong>. </p>
<p> You can see from the above example how it&#8217;s a trade off. Eating junk means more exercise, eating better means less exercise.</p>
<p> As a person, I&#8217;m lazy. I try to eat the best options, this way it keeps the exercise to a minimum. I still exercise for love handles but only to stop them appearing again.</p>
<p> To wrap it up, it will indeed hurt if you have to do masses of exercise for love handles. Far better to minimise the exercise by altering your lifestyle a bit.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In my eyes my adult life is in two parts. Not the before and after drastic weight loss. Yes, weight loss is involved but not how you would think.</p>
<p> In my case the before is (yes being overweight) before I was struck with diabetes. After is obviously the fall out after getting (and dealing with) it.</p>
<p> I didn&#8217;t think I was too overweight for someone in my mid twenties. I regularly carried about fifteen pounds extra.</p>
<p> I had tried to lose weight many times in the past but motivation was the key for me. Actually lack of motivation was the key for me. I just assumed I <a href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info/can%27t_lose_weight.php?tid=manwiz"target="_blank"  onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.diet.hasallthe.info');">can&#8217;t lose weight</a>.</p>
<p> When I was trying and losing weight it seemed to take for ever to drop a couple pounds. When I stopped trying I gained any losses back almost overnight.</p>
<p> I suppose you could say getting diabetes is a disaster, maybe not a real disaster but with all the complications that come with it, it certainly seems to be a disaster.</p>
<p> My health now depended on me to shift the fat and most importantly to un-brainwash myself and to not believe I can&#8217;t lose weight.</p>
<p> Just what was I gonna do? Up until now I believed I can&#8217;t lose weight. Now I&#8217;m faced with finding a system that works for me.</p>
<p> I figured I should go with something that suits me. I like things nice and orderly. I&#8217;m a bit OCD so I like to know I&#8217;ve ticked the boxes and I&#8217;m doing things right.</p>
<p> If the steps were planned meals or exercise routines then I&#8217;d need to tick off that it was complete. This way I know I&#8217;m sticking to the game plan.</p>
<p> I found and tried all sorts of diets and contraptions. I read a lot of Ebooks and paper books but I didn&#8217;t feel fully comfortable with any of them. </p>
<p> I eventually settled on a step by step system that allows me to eat what I want, and not skinny little rations. It comes with a computer diet planner that takes all the stressful work out of planning meals.</p>
<p> Remember me saying I like to tick off the boxes every day? This system does that for me. Pardon the pun but this system ticks all my boxes!</p>
<p> Still think you can&#8217;t <a href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info?tid=manwiz"target="_blank"  onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.diet.hasallthe.info?tid=manwiz');">lose weight</a>? I can tell you from my experience that isn&#8217;t the case. Maybe like me you need a system that holds your hand and works for you. That system could be the same one I&#8217;m using, who knows?</p>
<p> You can check out a few things I&#8217;ve used and my current fav system in a few reviews I&#8217;ve put on my blog. You&#8217;ve got nothing to lose but weight!</p>

To compete you must join one of the bodybuilding organizations. This will require picking one and paying a reasonable membership fee. This will cover you for a year’s membership and allow you to compete in any events they hold.</p>
<p>Understand that when picking a group to join that they usually fall in two catagories. They either test their competitors before the <a href="http://bodybuildingreports.com/blog/43/things-to-consider-if-entering-bodybuilding-contests/"target="_blank"  onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/bodybuildingreports.com');">bodybuilding contests</a> or they do not. You should join the nontesting group if you&#8217;ve used steroids within the past 5 years. You must see exactly what they allow and what they do not allow before making your decision. Often those who have not taken anything that they shouldn’t still want to enter into those bodybuilding contests that do test.  This is because they feel that the competition will be harder against those who make take a variety of bodybuilding aids. If you are convinced that this is what you want don&#8217;t be suprised at other bodybuilder&#8217;s muscles.</p>
<p>When you want to enter a bodybuilding contest just remember that it will take a long time to prepare for it. You will need to refine your diet, making sure you eat at least six meals a day. Be sure to increase your weight training also like any other exercise or activities that you&#8217;ve been using to get bigger.</p>
<p>A tan and how deep of a tan is known to make a pretty big difference on stage, surprisingly. You want to ensure you have a good one even if you have to use tanning products to look that way. The lights will make you look paler and that takes away from your appearance. Buying one of those &#8220;posing trunks&#8221; would also be a good idea. Do not show up in your favorite pair of shorts. No matter how great your body looks no one will take you seriously.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I’ve struggled with my weight for years, ever since I gave up regular competitive football.The reduced activity and aging effects meant my waistline grew by over six inches in less than twelve months.  I literally became a fat bloke over night.  That was ten years ago, and ever since my weight has fluctuated up and down as I’ve gone through fanatical fitness phases and then back to incredibly lazy periods, it’s easy to get drawn in to the latter as time goes by!</p>
<p>I have over the years perfected my own program for getting back into shape quickly, I literally lose most of my excess fat and build muscle in only a few weeks.  So how do I go about <strong><a href="http://www.burnstomachfat.net"target="_blank"  onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.burnstomachfat.net');">losing my belly fat</a></strong>?</p>
<p>The first thing that has to change is my diet.  I absolutely love junk food and take-aways. In fact like many people I love most things that are bad for you; chips, chocolate, fries, beer and wine to name but just a few.  Once I am on a quest for a flat stomach these are all removed from my diet immediately.I replace them with a balanced diet of natural meals, avoiding as far as possible processed foods.  The important thing to note is that I don’t starve myself in order to lose weight, and I don’t really diet.  I just focus on eating the right things in moderation, being careful to ensure that my daily calorie intake is less than the number of calories I burn each day.  Lots of fruit, vegetables, fish and lean meats.</p>
<p>My weekly program also includes regular exercise.Two or three aerobic workouts every week, all running.  I find running burns more calories than most other exercises, you can keep your fancy exercise machines, stick to basics.  Finally I add one weight training routine to my schedule each week, that’s right, just one!I work all my large muscle groups using heavy weights and low repetitions to stimulate as much muscle growth as possible (abs included).  I then allow the muscles a full week to recover and grow stronger, something most amateurs fail to do.</p>

Most of you workout hard each day, take all the latest supplements and you think that is gonna get you big. It isn&#8217;t that easy. Unfortunately it will take a lot more than that to gain muscle mass and be the envy of all your friends. The following three things will help to power up your muscle building program and help you to gain muscle mass in the shortest time possible.</p>
<p> Compound Exercises To <a href="http://buildmuscle.me/building-muscle-mass.php"target="_blank"  onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/buildmuscle.me');">Increase Muscle Mass</a></p>
<p> Compound exercises are not optional when it comes to gaining muscle mass. You have to do them, end of story. Regardless of what anyone has told you about compound exercises they are the best way to gain muscle mass. Dead lifts, squats and bench press have to be  workout program. You will make greater gains in overall muscle mass by doing these compound exercises as opposed to isolation exercises. The reason for the incredible gains you will make is because these exercises call into play a greater portion of muscles all working in combination to lift the weight and get stronger in the process.</p>
<p> Dead Lifts and Squats</p>
<p> Squats and Dead Lifts are the best exercises for building overall muscle mass. Consider these two primal exercises the kings of the jungle! Without them, you have no chance of getting really big and no way of getting the powerful physique you are looking for. Alone, these two exercises, work out about 80% of your entire body, including your traps, shoulders, arms, back, glutes, hamstrings, calves and a large of your core muscles.</p>
<p> Squats and Dead Lifts allow you to build more muscle quicker because of the anabolic effect it has on your body by releasing the naturally occurring growth hormone in your body. The by product of this means more muscle mass because of the increase of weight you can use in your other lifts! If you have trouble gaining muscle size then doing squats and dead lifts are necessary to help raise your hormone levels and the added benefit of using more muscle groups.</p>

<p> You must reduce the amount of rest in between sets to keep the anabolic effect you created by doing compound exercises. Your rest in between sets should be no more that 30 seconds, just enough time for the lactic acid buildup to subside.</p>
<p> When was the last time you went to the gym and you watched a weight lifter use a stopwatch to time the rest period in between exercises? For those of you weight lifters that are serious about gaining muscle mass then it&#8217;s time to get a stopwatch and time your rest in between sets.</p>
<p> Typically, the closer you lift to your one rep maximum the longer the rest period and the higher the number of repetitions you complete, the less the rest period. This is a crucial measure, which is often not known by many weight lifters, yet it will determine whether you generate the best anabolic training response.</p>
<p> You know as well as I do that it&#8217;s not as simple as just going to the gym and doing some basic weight lifting exercises. Perhaps you add some protein to your diet and &#8220;presto&#8221; your Mr. Muscle. It doesn’t work that way. Use the three steps above and you will gain muscle mass, end of story!</p>
