Just like you try to lift an extra 5 pounds with your weights or do an extra rep, you should be applying the same principle of advancement to your nutrition. Once you are achieving around 90% adherence to the plan, you WILL start to stand out from the crowd. Not having a plan and understanding what you are eating, you cannot hope to improve.
