10 minutes is not very long.

Most of us wait about 5 minutes at the drive through waiting for our fast food.

Instead of going through the drive thru, how about getting down and walking to the counter and then walking around the restaurant as you wait for your order. Then you only have 5 minutes to go and you’re done for the day.

    that was the dumbest thing i ever heard. if i wont to wait a whole year to lose 10 pounds. who has a year for 10 pounds?by a year i will hope to have lose way more than that.

    Most people go to extremes when they try to lose weight. They go on a strict diet and try to give up all their favorite foods and it’s too hard.

    And they usually fail.

    With this method, it takes a more gradual approach and it leads to developing healthier habits which has a higher chance of success in the long run.

    Which is what we all want.
