How to lose ten pounds in 4 days

People are willing to try just about anything and believe just about anything when people claim they can teach you how to lose 10 pounds in 4 days. If someone told me that I could take papaya shots to lose 10 pounds I would look at them like they were crazy.
Apparently, I’d be in the minority though. There was a recent news story about several people heading south of the border to take papaya shots to lose 10 pounds quickly.
People always want a shortcut. There isn’t one. If you want to lose weight, you need to put in the effort. Even if your method is diet pills or gastric bypass surgery, you still need to modify your habits just a little to make the changes stick. Or else you’ll be trying the next popular weight loss method once you gain the weight back.
When you want to learn how to lose 10 pounds in 4 days, you’re on the wrong track. There is no safe method for losing that much weight that fast. A more reasonable approach is losing 2-3 pounds a week over an extended period of time.

i dont get it lol ….i wanna just lose 4 pounds and thasts it but i wanna no the foods i shud eat and but i do run a mile every night so i guss that helps but i relly wanna no the foods i shud eat

first off i wasen’t and i am not bulemic. that is such a stupid doctor thing to say”you can only loose 2-3 lbs a week”. my dad ate right, barely exersized, and cheated on the weekends, and lost about a pound a day and i lost 10 lbs in 4 days by my p.e class and only eating once a day i still ate fast food every day and i kept the pounds off
