Eyes Workout helps to progress Eye vision:
1. Exercise
First of all, sit down in a comfortable position. Cover your eyes with the palms of your hands. Don’t push the eyeballs. Attempt to relax and watch the dark for 30 seconds. Breathe gently and severely all the moment.
1.2 - Exercise Sitting in the same position, look up and hold so for 5 seconds. Then free. Now look down hold so for 5 seconds. After that, again, free. Make 5 repetitions.
1.3 - Exercise Now look right, hold for 5 seconds and let go. Then look left, hold for 5 seconds and relax your eyes. Make 5 repetitions.
1.4 - Work out Rotate your eyeballs 5 circles to the left and rest your eyes. After that spin them 5 circles to the right and also rest.
1.5 - Exercise Look at the tip of your nose. Don’t be scared, cross your eyes! Hold for 3 seconds and relax. After that look up at the ceiling without moving your head, hold for 3 seconds and relax your eyes. Repeat 5 times.
